Information We Collect

On our website we collect the information you choose to send us (for example through a contact form) and the non-personally-identifying information browsers and servers typically make available, such as browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each request.

In Netraga Hub we collect the details of your Hub account (name, email address, team) and the data of the accounts you choose to connect, described below. We only access a connected account after you sign in to it and grant permission, and only for the features you use.

Google user data (Google Ads)

When you connect a Google account to Netraga Hub, Google asks you to grant the Hub these permissions (scopes), and no others:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords: to see, create and manage campaigns in the Google Ads accounts you choose to link;
• openid, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile: to know which Google account was connected, shown as its email address and name.

Netraga Hub does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google data.

What we access:

• your Google account's email address and name, to show which account is connected;
• the list of Google Ads accounts you can access, with their names, currency and time zone;
• campaign settings (name, status, budget, schedule, type) and daily performance figures (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions, video views);
• Google's review status of ads created through Netraga Hub.

How we use it: only to provide the features you use in Netraga Hub, namely to show your Google Ads reporting, and, when you explicitly ask, to create Search and YouTube (Demand Gen) campaigns, which are always created paused, and to start, pause, change the daily budget of or end them after you confirm. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

How we store and protect it: the Google sign-in (refresh token) is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone, including you. Campaign settings and performance figures are stored in our database so your reports load without asking Google each time. Access to our servers and database is limited to authorised Netraga engineers and protected by passwords, keys and network restrictions, and all data travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Who sees it: the people in your organisation you give access to Netraga Hub. Netraga staff outside your organisation do not read your Google user data except when you ask us to (for support), when it is needed for security, or to comply with the law.

Sharing: Google user data is not shared with or transferred to anyone else, except back to Google to carry out the actions you request, or where the law requires it. It is never sold, never shared with advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers, and never used to decide creditworthiness or for lending.

Retention and deletion: when you press Disconnect in Netraga Hub we revoke the Google sign-in at Google and delete it from our systems, and Netraga Hub can no longer access your Google account. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored campaign settings and performance figures are kept for as long as the Google Ads account stays linked to a product in Netraga Hub, so past reporting stays available. To have them deleted as well, email info@netraga.com; we delete them within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics on our website

www.netraga.com uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our own advertising. They record things like the pages you visit, the site that referred you and your general location, and can link a visit to an ad you saw on Google or Meta. They do not run inside Netraga Hub and do not receive Google user data from connected accounts.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), and control ads based on your activity in your Google and Meta ad settings.

Other connected platforms

If you connect Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), LinkedIn, YouTube or other platforms, Netraga Hub uses the permissions you grant only to publish, read messages and reporting, and manage ads for you, as you choose in the Hub. Their access tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect them in the Hub or remove access in the platform's own settings at any time.

How We Share Information

We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone except to provide the service you use (for example the platform you asked us to publish to), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (including your Netraga Hub account and the data of the accounts connected to it) by emailing info@netraga.com. We do so within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

Netraga may change this Privacy Policy from time to time; the date at the top says when it last changed. Your continued use of the website or Netraga Hub after a change means you accept the updated policy.

Google API Services: Limited Use

Netraga Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
